I would create a unique vision for student ministry that fits into the structure, pace, culture and vision of the local Church. But in general, my vision includes three areas of ministry and discipleship.
1) Reaching and growing students in devotion to Christ.
2) Engaging and equipping parents and families to be a spiritual influence at home.
3) Recruiting and training mature Christian adults to journey alongside students and point
them to Jesus Christ.
Below you will see graphics in how I will strive to accomplish these the basic areas of ministry and discipleship.
