Some Basics

I have a real passion and calling on my life to come along side people of all ages and backgrounds and journey with them through life while pursuing Christ whole-heartedly.   I enjoy teaching the Word in ways that all can understand while not compromising on theology or Truth.  As a leader, I strive to create a culture of discipleship rather than simply a ministry full of programs.  I enjoy facing new challenges and seeking new ways to solve both new and old problems and am a lifelong learner of new things and ideas.
God has been guiding my heart and life in ways I am simply in awe of.   Starting with my incredible education and continuing with mentors and leaders I have had the privilege to serve under and learn from.  Not to mention other life experiences like touring the Holy Land and attending some of the best church leadership conferences in the Midwest, God is equipping me for many purposeful and meaningful years of service and leadership.
I am looking for a church that is willing and ready to be challenged to go to the next level and explore what God might have in store for them as a community of believers.  I am looking for a church that has a deep desire to reach and disciple the lost.  Most of all, I want to be a part of a church that is a catalyst for a work and ministry that brings the most glory to God.
As a leader, more important to me than anything is the way I govern my life and ministry in light of scripture.  I desire to always be the type of leader that is described in Paul’s letters to Titus and Timothy and will not compromise for fleeting things such as numerical growth or popularity.  Above all, I want to leave a legacy of faith and discipleship for my family.
